GM Everyone. Looks like I'll be taking it extremely easy today. When I first got hurt, the doctor said that I'd be in a wheelchair by the time I'm 35.... I've also found there is nothing I could take or do to improve it at this point. I've had nerve blocks, several injections (epidural, facet, etc.), physical therapy, surgery, and a ton of doctors wanting to push different pain medications towards me (even if it didn't help). I have degenerative disc disease, severe spinal stenosis, 3 slipped discs, severe arthritis and fibromyalgia all over. ALL the doctors do the same thing, look at me, look at my chart, leave to make sure that the chart matches the person in front of them (because an 33 year old shouldn't have the spinal structure of an 80 year old - my original spine doctor had told us that when I first got hurt in 2018), then come back in and tell me
